New Stall at Bishan j8 Food Court

Hi there, found a new stall at j8's food court - Taiwan Cuisine. Lots of selection to choose from. 

Ordered the Braised Chicken Drumstick w noodles $5.
Noodles was really chewy - supposedly handmade - and they gave half a half-boiled egg and some pickled veg. Portion of noodles was a lil small though. Finished it under 10mins. Probably cause I was famished after work. Tasty and not salty like many other braised dishes. Drumstick was relatively big but was a tad dry on certain area. Otherwise, it was fine (:

The boyf. had the Braised Pork Belly w noodles. Comes with half a half-boiled egg and pickled veg as well at $5.  Porkbelly was soft and tender, unlike some stalls which serve dry and tough meat. What else is there to say about this dish when the boyf finish everything in the bowl, including the fatty fatty fats?

Very sure this stall is popular among the older generations of our parents and grandparents. Afterall, who can resist Taiwan cuisine? At least for the old man, he can't. Already requested to go tonight. HAHAHA.
